Call from Santa - How It Works

A Call from Santa is a personalized message that the recipient receives in real time via a landline or mobile phone. During the viewing of Santa's Video, the recipient's phone will ring. When the call is answered, the sound in the video will be muted, and Santa will deliver the message over the phone. Once Santa finishes delivering the personalized message through the call, the phone conversation will end. The sound in Santa's Video will be restored, and Santa will continue delivering the message in the video until the message concludes.

To which countries can I input a phone number for Santa's Video with a call?
Currently, the service allows users to select any country within the European Union. Both landline and mobile phone numbers can be provided.

When starting the video with a Call from Santa, you will be asked to provide a valid phone number and select the country where the call will be made.

  • When the recipient answers the call, the sound in the video will be muted, and Santa will deliver the personalized message over the phone.
  • If the recipient declines the call, Santa will inform viewers that the call was disconnected and bid them farewell.
  • If the recipient does not answer the call, Santa will try to reach them for about 30 seconds. After that, the call will end, and Santa will inform viewers that the connection could not be established.

No additional charges are applied to the person making the call under the Santa Call service. However, the recipient should be aware of their roaming status or whether they are outside their free call reception zone. For example, if you have a Polish phone number with networks like ORANGE, PLAY, PLUS, or other Polish mobile operators and are within Poland, receiving a call from Santa will be free of charge.

What happens if I call the number Santa used to make the call? During the holiday season, Santa is very busy and, unfortunately, will not be able to answer phone calls.
